What public health hates to admit: being overweight is perfectly healthy


It's not just one study, it's lots of them! Being overweight is associated with the lowest rates of mortality and scientific evidence promotes BMI of 27 as the healthiest one.

Public health campaigners tend to mix obese with overweight in order for their conclusions to appear valid, but the truth is much different when you focus on the plain facts.

All in all, a truly great read!
